If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we are happy to provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. In most cases, your payment will first apply toward your deductible. Once your deductible has been met, your insurance company may reimburse a portion of your visit based on your specific plan.
Because reimbursement policies vary by insurance carrier, we recommend contacting your insurance company before your appointment to learn how to submit a Superbill and determine your expected reimbursement.
It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company to find out how to submit a superbill for reimbursement, as procedures may differ between insurance companies.
-
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 business hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact our office at 858-209-9871 as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding, as timely cancellations allow us to offer appointment times to other patients in need.

Before your appointment, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier and ask the following questions:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health or behavioral health benefits?
Is Inspire Psychiatric or my provider in-network with my plan?
Do I have a copay or coinsurance?
Do I have a deductible? If so, has it been met?
Does my plan require prior authorization or a referral?
Are there limits on the number of psychiatric visits covered each year?
What are my out-of-network benefits?
If I receive a Superbill, how do I submit it for reimbursement?
Understanding your benefits ahead of time can help prevent unexpected costs.
